Who We Are
Hough Street School PTO is a not-for-profit corporation comprised of parents and teachers mutually dedicated to supporting our school and its personnel. All parents are welcome and encouraged to participate in all PTO and school activities, including assembly programs.
What We Do
Hough Street School PTO organizes and sponsors numerous events and services throughout the school year. We have room parents, classroom helpers, event committees, and service project volunteers (just to mention a few!) to provide hands-on assistance to students and staff. Our fundraisers, such as the Holiday Market, the Art Show, Book Fairs, and The Hough Fundraiser generate proceeds used to improve building facilities and equipment for our children and teachers.
How We Accomplish Our Goals
The success of the Hough Street PTO is dependent on the generous gifts of time and talent given by many PTO members. Our monthly meetings provide a forum for discussion with our Principal, and for information sharing between PTO officers, committee chairpersons, and members. Our success is measured by the benefits the children and staff at Hough Street School derive from the active participation and contributions from all of our members.
Please email hellohoughpto@gmail.com to contact a PTO member.
